WBTO works hand in hand with county ESDs, school districts, and local industry to determine what individual regions need to support and expand their manufacturing sector. We are a small team of local industry experts and prior educators striving to strengthen opportunities for students.

Our Regional Needs Analysis looks at the existing industry in a region and evaluates Career and Technical Education programs based on those findings. Creating a cross-analysis of expectations and reality. This extensive report provides insight into the opportunities for regional education to strengthen its programs.
AMRAC
Bringing together regional industry and education is a crucial step in strengthening CTE programs. The Advanced Manufacturing
Regional Action Coalition provides the guidance needed to develop communities that will offer continued collaboration and support.
